At Powerlook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with tags intact.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Powerlook account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original brand tags attached to qualify for a successful return process.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure it is securely sealed.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item.
